Refund policy

When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 7 days money back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions if any. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 7 days of your payment. Just send an email to hello@bolkii.com. Or You can raise request in request link in the navigation links at the bottom of home page. We'll gladly refund you 100% of your fees within 24-72 hours of your refund request.

 

• We have an exchange policy intact also at this moment; Customers are entitled for an exchange if they don't find the product(s) true to their size or any other reason.
• To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. 
• In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an alternate product of the same amount or Bank transfer of amount will be issued to you
• Exchange window: 7 days post-reception
• Mode of return: Customers Can return the product within 7 days of reception. No questions being asked.  To be eligible for return, item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. 
• Please ensure to raise an exchange request with us prior to sending the products back, products shipped without raising exchange request will not be accepted
• Note: Items purchased in any 'Special Sale events' are not eligible for returns
